O-Tech Services was founded in 2022 in the costal city of Aqaba, Jordan. The first and most important reason to exist is the lack of technology in the region and the budget constrains of many businesses, while the potential to improve and advance operationally and technologically was huge. So our main aim was to bring businesses closer to technology and alleviating the hurdles of financial shortages by introducing systems and platforms that are open, secure, reliable and limitless by design, which would give them the freedom to improve their strategies and processes.
Its founder, Hamza Awamleh, a 15 years IT veteran, was and always will be an advocate of open technologies and has been using it on a daily basis for day to day tasks, which helped him achieve higher control of his infrastructure and services, which in turn added great value to the companies he worked in and their reliance on such systems has only increased ever since.
